- In order to join the S.H.L. a $25.00 non-refundable membership fee is required.
- Once water is requested a $500 deposit will be required which will be refunded in the event that service cannot be provided at the original quoted price.
- The minimum installation price is $19,000 per subscriber
- The actual cost for one mile of pipe to be installed is $46,000
- A $25 maintenance fee will be charged every 3 months.
- A $30.00 water testing fee will be charged every 3 months.
- As a subscriber you will be billed for a minimum of 48,000 gallons of water per year or your actual water usage, whichever is greater
- As of January 1st 2021, 1000 gallons of water costs $20.67.
- A minimum of 250 gallons of storage is required to be located on your property. Plastic storage tanks that fit through a doorway can be purchased
- S.H.L. will install a meter into your home. Any plumbing including storage tanks, pressure systems, are the sole responsibility of the home owner
